Founder, Principal
Bob was a Senior Partner, Global Chair of the IP Litigation Practice and Chair of the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) Practice at Latham & Watkins. He was a founding member of the national PTAB Bar Association, elected as the first President to the Association (www.PTABBar.org), and recognized as an “IP Trail Blazer” by The National Law Journal. He represented some of the largest software and semiconductor companies, including Adobe, AMD, Broadcom, Nvidia, MPS, STAC and others.
Bob is a registered patent attorney. He has degrees from University of Pennsylvania’s Jerome Fisher M&T Dual Degree Program, Moore School (BSSE) and Wharton School (BSEcon), and from Georgetown Law (JD).
When he’s not working, Bob enjoys swimming, biking & running, participating in triathlons (e.g. Ironman) and long distance gravel bike races.
Analyst
Sophie is a data analyst and project manager. She is passionate about data strategy and data management and has experience building data pipelines and storage systems from the ground up. She applies her skillset and experience to the complex landscape of AI/ML. Sophie graduated from George Washington University in 2020 with a BS in systems engineering.
On the weekends, you can find Sophie playing beach volleyball, hiking, or reading. She loves cooking and trying new restaurants in LA.
